In-shop Computer Repair Packages:

Avoid the travel charges, Bring us your computer and let us repair it, then pay for the service of your choice when you pick up the computer.

• Backup + Clean Computer Install + Hard Drive Upgrade - $100;

 We save your data (word documents, excel files, pictures, e-mails, e-mail address book etc) from hard drive onto CDs or a new hard drive; Format of the Hard Disk; BIOS Check/Upgrade; Install Windows or the OS (Operating System) of your choice; Install all Service Packs; Update all driver software; Restore all data files.

• Computer Adware, Spyware and Virus Removal - $45.00;

Does your computer have one of the following problems: Slow performance, Internet Explorer errors or lockups, Excessive “pop-up” advertisements, Home page has changed, Email or Internet access a lot slower... etc? Then it's possible that your computer is infected with a virus or it has been invaded with spyware and adware and Immediate virus, adware and spyware repair is needed to remove the virus and/or spyware, adware from your computer and ensure both the privacy of your files and that the virus does not infect other computers.

• Restore Your PC - $75.00

Restore your PC or Laptop using the restore kit or CD set that was sent with your PC, this will return your PC or Laptop to the Manufacture’s Default settings. You will have to install the updates on your own. Make sure that all your data is backed up before we do this process, or we can back up your selected data,  select the Restore your PC with back up listed above.

• New Hardware Installation $20.00 per device

Install and configure new hardware devices, Hard Drive, CD Burner, DVD Burner, Memory, Video Cards, Modems, and etc… You provide your own hardware

• New PC Setup-$40.00 per hour

Assistance in setting up your new computer in your home. This will assist you in setting up your home computer, printers, internet, etc. Please note: Minor Travel charges may apply

• Home/Wireless Networking-$40.00 per hour

Set up and configure a network in your home. You provide the Hardware and we will assist you on setting  up a network to fit your needs. Share a printer, external hard drive, and etc.

• Data Transfer-$50.00    

Transfer your documents, pictures, music, etc from your old PC or Laptop to your new one. Show us what you want transferred and we will do the work.

• Hard Drive Recovery-$25.00 per cd

Recovery of personal documents, pictures, MP3 music, and any other valuable files on your hard drive that may be lost to virus infection, hard drive failure, etc and placed on a CD. If the hard drive is still readable, we can recover the data from that drive, however sometimes hard drive failures cause some permanent loss of data and files. That is why it is extremely important to back up your data on a regular basis.
